PAYMENT OF CONFERENCE FEES AND SERVICES

For payment within Slovakia use these instructions.

Before payment you should register for the conference and order the conference services using the Registration and Accommodation items in the left hand menu. After filling in the registration form, the due amount will be calculated automatically. Conference fee and other conference services can be paid by a credit card or by a bank transfer using instructions on this page. Registration fee must by paid until April 30, 2009 to have the paper published in the proceedings. If registration fee was paid, payment of accommodation and meals can be made later or in cash at the arrival in Smolenice.

Payment by a credit card

Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa/Visa electron or Diners Club International cards can be used to make payment of the conference fees and services. Use the Mail Order Form: fill all items in the form, print it out, sign the form and send it by fax, by mail or as an scanned email enclosure to the Conference secretariat. Realization of your payment will be confirmed to your email, during the conference you will get your receipt.

 

Payment by a bank transfer

Please, make the bank transfer of the due amount to the following bank account. Bank transfer fee has to be paid by the registrant.

On-site payment after arrival

Accommodation and meals can be ordered and paid at the reception after arrival in Smolenice. Only payment in Euro will be accepted. Please, prepare cash, credit cards can not be accepted  as connection with bank will be not available.

Cancellation policy

In the case of cancelation until April 19, 2009 refund of 50% of the conference fee and 90% of the amount paid for accommodation and meals will be refunded to the registrant after the conference. After April 19, 2009 no refund of the conference fee and 75% of the amount paid for accommodation and meals will be refunded. In the case of a no show no refunds will be made. In the last two cases your paper will be published and proceedings will be mailed to you after the conference.
