PAYMENT OF CONFERENCE FEES AND SERVICES

Before payment you should register in the conference database and order the conference services using the Registration and/or Accommodation items in the left hand menu. After filling the registration form, the due amount is be calculated automatically. Conference fee and other conference services can be paid by a card or by a bank transfer using instructions on this page. Registration fee should by paid until May 6, 2019 to have the paper published in the proceedings. If only registration fee is paid, accommodation and meals can be paid later or in cash at the arrival in Smolenice.

Payment by a card

This is the easiest way how to pay the registration fee and the conference services. Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa/Visa electron or Diners Club International credit or debit cards are accepted. Use the below link to the on-line payment using the secure portal of our bank (VUB banka). The payment success or failure will be reported immediately.

After processing by the conference secretariat, acceptation of your payment will be confirmed also in your registration account on the conference web page.
During the conference you can get your printed receipt.

 

Payment by a bank transfer

Please, make the bank transfer of the due amount to the following bank account. Bank transfer fee has to be paid by the registrant.

On-site payment after arrival

Accommodation and meals can be ordered and paid at the reception in Smolenice. Accommodation in the castle cannot be guaranteed. Only cash payment in Euro will be accepted.

 
Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations until May 6, 2019:   50% of the conference fee and full amount paid for accommodation and meals will be refunded

  • Cancellations after May 6, 2019:   no refund of the conference fee and full refund of the amount paid for accommodation and meals, proceedings will be mailed

  • In no-show case:   no refunds will be made, proceedings will be mailed

All refunds will be made after the conference.
