ABSTRACT PREPARATION

Abstract contents and format

The abstract should present original results relevant to the conference topics. Prepare your abstract using LaTeX and follow the provided template file ABSTRACT_IWMS2026_Template.zip, available for download on the conference web page. Submit your abstract as a single .zip file, including both the LaTeX source file and the generated PDF output. Ensure that the abstract does not exceed one page in length.

Abstract submission

Abstract submission is open exclusively to registered conference participants. Please click the REGISTRATION button to register for the conference. Each registered author is eligible to submit either one oral presentation or poster. The deadline for paper submission is May 10, 2026. The Book of Abstracts will be distributed to conference participants during the event. Utilize the ABSTRACT SUBMISSION button to upload your abstract. Once uploaded, you can specify your preferred topic and presentation type for your abstract.

Abstract evaluation

Each abstract will undergo a review to assess its relevance to the conference topics and scientific quality. The organizers, in collaboration with the Program Committee, reserve the right to reject a presentation or alter its format from oral to poster in case of insufficient space to accommodate all lectures. In such instances, authors will receive prompt notifications regarding the acceptance, format changes, necessary corrections, or rejection of their abstracts. The most recently updated version of accepted abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts.
