The abstract should present original results relevant to the conference topics. Prepare your abstract using LaTeX and follow the provided template file:
Submit your abstract as a single .zip file, including both the LaTeX source file and the generated PDF output. Ensure that the abstract does not exceed one page in length.
Abstract submission is open exclusively to registered conference participants. Please click the REGISTRATION button to register for the conference. Each registered author may submit one abstract for either an oral presentation or a poster.
Deadline for paper submission: May 10, 2026
The Book of Abstracts will be distributed to conference participants during the event. Click the ABSTRACT SUBMISSION button to upload your abstract. Once uploaded, you can specify your preferred topic and presentation type for your abstract.
Each abstract will undergo a review to assess its relevance to the conference topics and scientific quality. The organizers, in collaboration with the Program Committee, reserve the right to reject a presentation or alter its format from oral to poster in case of insufficient space. Authors will receive prompt notifications regarding acceptance, format changes, necessary corrections, or rejection.
