Before payment, you should register for the conference using the REGISTRATION button. After filling out the registration form and selecting appropriate registration type the due amount will be calculated automatically.The conference fee can be paid by card or by bank transfer following the instructions on this page. After processing by the conference secretariat, the paid amount will be shown in your conference account. Upon request, you can receive a printed receipt. The registration fee should be paid until May 16, 2026 to have the abstract published in the book of abstracts.
This is the easiest payment method. Use the PAYMENT BY CARD button for the online payment using the secure portal of our bank (VUB banka). Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa or Diners Club International credit or debit cards are accepted. The payment success or failure will be reported immediately.
Please make the bank transfer of the due amount to the following bank account. Any bank transfer fees must be paid by the registrant.
