All presentations must be in English.
Format
PDF or MS PowerPoint (4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio).
Timing
Approximately 25–30 minutes for shorter talks and 45–60 minutes for longer talks (including discussion). Chairmen will strictly follow the schedule.
Technical Requirements
Please deliver your presentation on a USB flash drive to the technical staff at least 30 minutes before the session. Participants wishing to use their own laptops must test them with the technical staff in advance.
Location
Lecture room on the first floor, near the main castle staircase.

Preferred Format
A0 or A1 format; maximum width: 85 cm,
maximum height: 120 cm.
Installation & Discussion
Specific positions are allocated by program number. Pins will be provided. Presenters must be present at their posters during dedicated sessions.
