Oral presentation
• Language: All presentations must be in English. Poster presentation
• Language: All presentations must be in English.
• Timing: The length of talks will be adjusted to comfortably accommodate all accepted contributions. We expect approximately 25–30 minutes for shorter talks and 45–60 minutes for longer talks (including discussion). Chairmen will strictly follow the time schedule.
• Format: Please prepare your contribution in PDF or MS PowerPoint (4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio).
• Technical Requirements: Presenting authors should deliver their presentation on a USB flash drive to the staff in the lecture room at least 30 minutes before the session starts. Use of own laptops is allowed only if unavoidable and must be tested with technical staff in advance.
• Location: Oral presentations will take place in the lecture room on the first floor, near the main castle staircase.
• Format: Posters are preferred in A0 or A1 format (maximum width 85 cm, height 120 cm). Posters on a single sheet of paper are highly recommended.
• Installation: Each poster will have a specific position allocated according to its number in the program. Pins for fastening will be provided.
• Discussion: Presenters are requested to be present at their posters during the dedicated poster sessions scheduled in the program.
• Location: Posters will be mounted in the tower room on the second floor, near the main castle staircase.
