PAYMENT OF CONFERENCE FEES

Before payment you should register for the conference using the REGISTRATION button. After filling the registration form and selecting proper registration type the due amount will be calculated automatically. Conference fee can be paid by a card or by a bank transfer using instructions on this page. After processing by the conference secretariat, the paid amount will be shown in your conference account. On request you can get your printed receipt. Registration fee should by paid until May 14, 2023 to have the paper published in the proceedings.

Payment by a card

This is the easiest way of payment. Use the PAYMENT BY CARD button for the on-line payment using the secure portal of our bank (VUB banka). Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa or Diners Club International credit or debit cards are accepted. The payment success or failure will be reported immediately.

Payment by bank transfer

Please, make the bank transfer of the due amount to the following bank account. Bank transfer fee has to be paid by the registrant.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations until April 30, 2023:   50% of the conference fee will be refunded.
Cancellations after April 30, 2023:   no refund of the conference fee, conference proceedings will be delivered.
