INSTRUCTIONS

FOR REGISTRATION,  UPLOAD OF PAPERS,  RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATION AND  PAYMENT 

Electronic registration, upload of papers and accommodation reservation is available. If you have problem to register using the conference web page, please, contact the Conference secretariat or write an email to measurement2009@savba.skk for assistance.

To participate in the MEASUREMENT 2009 conference you have to make four simple steps using the left hand menu on the main web page:

1. Registration - use this link to sign in into the conference database. You will fill in and upload a form with your basic personal information and email address. Your personal account will be created and login and password will be sent to your email address in few seconds. Using the obtained login and password you can modify your personal data, upload your conference papers and order conference services.

2. Upload of papers - use this link and the login and password to your personal account (obtained after registration) to upload your conference papers. Use instructions for Paper preparation to prepare the paper. After reviewing your paper you will be notified about the acceptance, necessary improvements or refusal of your paper. After the paper is accepted for presentation, corresponding author should select appropriate conference fee and desired conference services and make the payment before the paper can be published in the proceedings. One registered author can submit one or two papers.

3. Accommodation - use this link and the login and password to your personal account (obtained after registration) to open a form for selection of the appropriate conference fee and for reservation of accommodation, meals and special bus transportation from Bratislava to Smolenice and back. The due amount will be calculated automatically. After submitting the form use the Payment link to make the payment by a credit card or by a bank transfer.

4. Payment - use this link to learn details about possible payment methods and to make the payment. Before making the payment, here you can also find a link to your personal conference account and check if you have selected (1) proper registration fee, (2) desired accommodation and meals, (3) desired free bus transport. The due amount is calculated automatically and displayed in the bottom of the registration form.

Using your login and password you can any time return to your personal account and modify your personal information (except the email address), upload corrected paper or modify ordered services. After your payment you can also check here the amount that was obtained by the organizers.

Please, remember that your paper will be included in the conference program and ordered conference services will be confirmed only after you make the appropriate payment!  Registration fee has to be paid until April 30, 2009 to guarantee publication of your paper in the proceedings. Because of the limited capacity of the conference center the organizers reserve the right to refuse registration of participants without accepted contribution.
